LPCHA Coach Application

All coaches and their staff are responsible for supporting the Lorne Park Clarkson Hockey Association. They are required to attend all Association Coaches Meetings and to fulfill all obligations as required. All completed applications are to be emailed to HeadCoach@lpcha.ca and CC Operations@lpcha.ca.  Applications for assistant coaches are required as well. All new Coaches to LPC will be required to submit a completed “police check”.

The LPCHA Coaching Committee will make recommendations to the LPCHA Executive for approval. Decisions will then be announced.
