- Birth date must be On or Before December 31, 2025 per Age Group
- LPCHA registration fees INCLUDE the MHL team fee

Please ensure your primary email address is correct in the registration system. It is the main means of communication between you, the association, and your child’s coach. LPCHA sends out periodic emails advising of upcoming events and reminders. Completing registration is considered implicit acknowledgement of receipt of these emails under Anti-Spam legislation.
